About the role
You own onboarding. New intakes come to you before they reach the floor, and how well they perform in their first month is the measure of the job.
What you'll do
- Deliver the induction and campaign training programme to every new intake.
- Build and maintain training material as campaigns and scripts change.
- Assess trainees and sign off readiness before they take live calls.
- Run refresher and remedial sessions for agents flagged by quality assurance.
What we're looking for
- Candidate must have 2 – 3 years of prior experience as a Trainer in a T&D / L&D / Enablement facing role.
- Candidate with prior experience in Sales Training is a plus.
- Candidate should have an Intermediate qualification or above.
